Thanks for the complement. I know the CF and CFE training methods work. Implement them as fast as possible and you will see awesome results. If you can get to a Brian MacKenzie running seminar to go over proper technique, that will be a big help as well. 
If you guys need any help or recommendations please just drop me a line and I will give you what ever I can, advice, training logs etc. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

A very interesting article.  We at FiTTBodz are looking into becoming a CF affiliate soon and as a result I visited your site while doing some affiliate research.  We are training for the 2010 Canadian Death Race in August, and I want to adopt the CF WOD and CF Endurance WOD to prove once and for all that Crossfit works as an option for long and Ultra distance training.

I have a few naysayers (did I expect not to have any???) and I have challenged them to set a baseline in April against me and see what our different training methods actually result to.  I am betting on myself and the CF approach of course!
