Thanks for your interest in CrossFit Scars. The CrossFit method can be scaled in load and/or intensity to match any fitness level. We have found CrossFit to be the most effective, efficient, and safe training regimen that exists. You will be coached in the functional movements of CrossFit every time you step into the gym. The beauty of CrossFit is in its simplicity and functionality that transfers to daily life and real world situations. Police, military, firefighters, competitive athletes and others depend on this type of fitness for their livelihood and safety. The housewife, accountant, weekend warrior, endurance athlete or “average Joe” need these skills as well. The program doesn’t change for the elite athlete nor the elderly, rather its scaled to the ability of the athlete. Each day you will be given the challenge of a different “WOD” (Workout of the day). It is up to you how you respond to that challenge. Check your ego at the door and enter with the will to give it your all each visit.
So, if you’re tired of not seeing results in the traditional “big box” fitness centers, in a training rut, or feel like you’re wasting your time with traditional weight training, you owe it to yourself to give the CrossFit program a real try. There’s simply not a more effective form of functional fitness training available to the public.
The first workout is on us. Please schedule a FREE workout with us. We will let you meet other CrossFitters and try a baseline workout which is given to all new athletes (clients).
After you see or try our program with a class then you can go through our fundamentals program.
All new members must take our Fundamentals Program which consists of a package of three sessions that go over the basic movements and methodolgy of CrossFit. The Fundamentals Program is $135 for three (3) sessions.
