		<description>Another idea I was thinking about was to include a &quot;cheat&quot; day in the week. This way it is more &quot;realistic&quot; when we aren&#039;t in the challenge, we don&#039;t go from one extreme to another, we do something that we can continue to do when the challenge is over.</description>

		<description>What about throwing in $5 (or so) in a pot for each offense. At the end of the challenge, the person with the least offenses gets the pot.</description>
