What is that green blob in that bowl to the right????
I believe that is avocado. It does look pretty crazy. That’s Abels secret food. It turns him into the hulk with the green glob in the picture.
So far today I have had breakfast at 7:10 am- 2 eggs, 1 oz of cheese, 6 slices of bacon (4 B of protein), an apple, 2 tbsp of Ketchup (3 blocks of carbs) and 2 tbsp of peanut butter which comes out to about 8 blocks of fat;
Next I ate a early lunch at 11 am- 3 oz of chicken, 1 oz of swiss cheese (4 B of protein)- 3 blocks of watermelon, and 8 blocks of almonds;
Getting ready to eat the next lunch in a about 45 minutes that will be almost identical to the last meal.
I took pictures of all my meals in restaurants from California. I wanted to show that you can Zone anywhere. Yes, that green stuff is sliced avocado.
