Fundamentals Program- $135 or $200 for 2 people
Includes 3 sessions that go over all of the basic CrossFit movements like press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, clean, squat, back squat, front squat, overhead squat, burpees, pull-ups and more. You will learn how to perform each movement safely and properly for maximum efficiency. We start everyone off with a PVC Pipe for weighted movements to first go over the technique. We will also go over with the CrossFit Methodology and what kind of results you are expected to see.
If you are new to CrossFit and want to see if it is right for you set up your first Fundamentals class. Just contact us and tell us a little info about yourself and we will get back to you ASAP.
Group Classes- $125 for unlimited classes per month
(Discounts for family members and World Class Taekwondo Students)
When you join our classes you become part of our family. You will have the incredible encouragement of other students and be coached by experienced and certified trainers. Our group classes are not like a regular health club or “globo-gym.” We don’t have shiny machines, daycare facilities or TVs,; just results. You don’t go and do 20 minutes of cardio and then 20 minutes of weights and be on your way. In class you will have hands on coaching like personal training with the excitement and energy of a positive community. We keep each other accountable to help us achieve our greatest results. Together we make the class fun and extremely rewarding.
Personal Training- $75 per session
(Discounts for buying multiple sessions, discounts for couples and small groups)
Personal training is offered for:
CrossFitters at home that want to hone their skills and take their performance to the next level with the help of an experienced trainer.
Many CFS Athletes choose to do personal training sessions to work on a particular skill or movement in a private setting.
People who want the private setting at all times or those who have “crazy” schedules and can only make it on a limited basis.
All personal training must be scheduled ahead of time. Please contact us to make your appointment
