5 rounds of:
7 reps before letting go of the bar on the ground of:
Clean
Front Squat
Push Press/ Jerk
Backsquat
Push Press/ Jerk
Touch the floor with the weight and repeat
Rest as needed between rounds.
You can let go of the bar as long as the weight is not on the floor.
Add weight each round.

Repeat 7 times without letting go of the bar. (You can’t rest the bar on the ground either)
After each round move up in weight.
