<p>5 rounds of:</p>
<p>7 reps before letting go of the bar on the ground of:</p>
<p>Clean<br />
Front Squat<br />
Push Press/ Jerk<br />
Backsquat<br />
Push Press/ Jerk</p>
<p>Touch the floor with the weight and repeat</p>
<p>Rest as needed between rounds.</p>
<p>You can let go of the bar as long as the weight is not on the floor.</p>
<p>Add weight each round.</p>
