Thursday: Use your judgement if we are going to have class due to the “snow.” If it is icy and dangerous please stay home and be safe.

If we do have class please be here on time and start warming up right away.

WOD: CrossFit Total

1 rep max Backsquat
1 rep max Press
1 rep max Deadlift

You have 3 attempts at your best- thats it. I want class to end on time for those that need to get home for kids, work etc.

Warm up: Stretch out; do a couple light sets with perfect form of Dealifts; Presses; Backsquats

WOD: Crossfit Total

Max Backsquat + Max Press + Max Deadlift

After a few Warmup sets you get 3 reps of each exercise to get to your max.

Once everyone goes from Wed and Thurs we will post the top few scores on the board.
