Cathy OHSWU: Stretch out; use the PVC to practice the push press and push jerk to develop proper muscle memory; Go through 15 push-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees with perfect ROM;

WOD: “Happy Birthday Jacq”

10 rds for max reps of:

30 secs of Thrusters (75/55)

30 secs of Jumping pull-ups (rings at the bottom of your palm)

60 secs of rest

SKILLS: do 10 right handed Overhead lunges and 10 left handed Overhead lunges with your choice of weight

10 Left arm Thruster

10 Right arm Thruster
