WU: Stretch very well; focus on hamstrings and calves; do 2 rds of 10 push-ups; 10 sit-ups; 10 KB swings; 10squats; 100 m 50% run out and 75% run in
SKILL: We will do some simple running drills
WOD: 8 rounds
100m sprint; on a 2 minute cycle;
FINISHER: Stretch your hamstring and calves
