WU: Stretch out and do 15 push-ups, 15 box jumps; and warm-up your deadlift.

WOD: Do max reps in 2 mins of: Suicide runs; Deadlifts (at least body weight); burpees; rest 2 mins between exercises.

 

Post reps from each exercise and load to comments.
