WU: Stretch out; Run to the hedge and pack at a 60% pace; do 15 slow overhead squats; Review the SDHP and the Wall ball;
WOD: We will split this WOD into waves:
3 rds of 21-15-9:
Wall Ball – Guys use 20 # and a ten foot target; ladies use 10 or 15# and 8 ft target
SDHP – Guys use 75# and Ladies use 45#
