WU: Jump rope 100 singles, attempt double unders. Do 3 rds of 15 sit-ups, 15 squats, 15 push-ups AFAP
WOD: Pull-up Minute Ladder
Do 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 pull-ups the second minute… go on as far as you can.
Start with actual pull-ups and scale back to rows every single round.
